EMPACT America Inc. The First National EMP Conference EMPACT America Inc. is working with Steuben Foods to host the first national conference on EMP – Protecting America from Permanent Continental Shutdown from Electromagnetic Pulse. This conference will take place from September 8-10, 2009, in Niagara Falls, New York, and will feature local and national U.S. Government representatives, EMP Commission speakers, think tank leaders, first responders and a range of experts in the EMP threat and infrastructure protection. First Responders EMP Committee This EMPACT America committee will bring together first responders and related emergency services personnel from local communities around the U.S., helping to generate response plans for an EMP attack.

The Elma, New York EMP Protection Project
As one of its key efforts, EMPACT America is helping to organize a variety of preparedness measures in Elma, New York. This project, in coordination with local businesses, first responders, emergency services professionals and city government leaders, is intended to help make Elma a model community, with EMP emergency planning and implementation, to the maximum extent possible. EMP Protection Services EMPACT America is dedicated to help coordinate planning meetings for interested communities, service organizations, local, regional or national government reprsentatives and other groups interested on EMP protection and recovery.
